Digital Security’s Central Station is the heart of all
security companies. We select Central Station operators who are
courteous, responsive, and who react well under pressure. Naturally,
they undergo routine background and drug testing. They are fully
trained in company procedures and always work in conjunction with
other operators. Central Station personnel are under the supervision
of a shift manager who reports directly to our Vice president
of operations. Our operators are familiar with various automation
systems, database management and diagnosis, dispatching and notification
procedures, and other important functions.
